I just used Mr. Schwartz to file for bankruptcy over the last month or so, and they’ve been fantastic.
At first, I was trying to do some “comparison shopping” and called a second bankruptcy attorney in the area. This attorney told me that he no longer did bankruptcy, but would recommend Mr. Schwartz. I thought it was a funny coincidence since that was the person I was trying to comparison shop against. He told me that the price is “towards the higher end of the spectrum, but you get what you pay for in a bankruptcy attorney. You might be able to save a couple hundred bucks, but you won’t get the same service.” I figured at that point, it was the right choice to go with Mr. Schwartz.
Ms. Rose (the paralegal assigned to my case) and Mr. Schwartz were quick, responsive, and helpful. Anytime I had a concern or need, Rose would respond very quickly and with information/details so as to be as thorough as possible. Reminders of appointments and what I needed to do next were always given.
Really, I think it was worth every penny to have the kind of service and completeness that Mr. Schwartz and his staff offered. I am 100% satisfied and grateful for having a good team on my side to complete this next step.

Ms. Debbie is AMAZING!! She is the paralegal for Mr. Schwartz. Recently we received a troublesome letter. We have never dealt with any sort of law issues so we weren’t sure what to do! I called her and left a message, she returned my call within an hour. She set up room in her busy schedule for me to come in the next day to work things out. 20 to 30 minutes later I walked out of her office understanding everything I needed to know and feeling so much better.
