Tracy L. Hirsch has been practicing law in the Bankruptcy and Debt Reorganization field since 2001.

Over the past 7 years, Tracy L Hirsch has concentrated her law practice in Consumer Bankruptcy Law and other matters, specifically representing debtors in Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies. She has organized and managed one of the largest Chapter 7 Bankruptcy departments in the Western District of Kentucky.

Ms. Hirsch is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and the Louisville Bar Association. She is a member in good standing of the Kentucky Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western District of Kentucky, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. She is also a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.

Ms. Hirsch is currently in the process of working with both the Jefferson County and Bullitt County school districts to increase awareness of creditors rights and education regarding options for dealing with overwhelming debt.

Ms. Hirsch received her B.A. Degree from the University of Florida and her Law Degree from the University of Louisville School of Law.

Ms. Hirsch is married with 2 children and 2 step children.
